Rezoning REZ-26-01 requested by Albemarle and Associates, Ltd on behalf of Neal Blinken to rezone approximately 193 acres from Rural Agriculture District (RA) to Residential & Agricultural District (RA-43) has been requested to be postponed. Subject property is at the corner of Bagley Swamp Road and Belvidere Road(Hwy 37) and consists of tax parcel numbers 5-0032-0055 and 5-0032-0027. The anticipated timeframe is December. Interested parties should monitor Planning Board agendas, which are posted online at PerquimansCountyNC.gov (Departments > Planning And Zoning > Meeting Minutes and Agendas) where they are posted at least 5 days prior to each meeting.
