The Perquimans County Board of Elections will hold a special meeting on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. at the Board of Elections Office located at 601 South Edenton Road St, Hertford, North Carolina to discuss the One-Stop plans for the 2023 Primary Election.
